Parties of the Transaction
The www.fripers.pl online shop is owned by the Freepers S.C. called Fripers.pl. The company is located in Łodź, 41 Pomorska St.
Purchaser, by placing an order, makes an offer to purchase according to these Terms and Conditions, which offer, if accepted by Fripers.pl, is accepted within the Poland, and the Purchaser consents to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts for the limited purpose of dispute arising between the parties resulting from this transaction and agrees that the laws of the Polish Law shall apply.
By unpacking or using a product purchased at Fripers.pl, the Purchaser agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of sale as set forth below. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions of sale, please ship the originally packed product back to us within 5 days of receipt for a full refund (less handling charges and additional tax).
Freepers S.C. makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law.
Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use intended by a purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and Seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination.
Freepers S.C. will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages resulting from the sale, non-delivery, use or improper function of any equipment purchased from us. The responsibility, if any is imposed, of Fripers.pl in regard to any item purchased shall be limited to the monetary value of the merchandise purchased.
Subject of the Transaction
All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Online Shopping Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Online Shopping Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
Placing the orders
An order can be placed by an adult person or a company. A customer should get registered first and then fill the order form. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day everyday including weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 1.30 p.m. or during weekends or holidays will be considered the next working day in the morning.
Changing and cancelling the order
After placing the order the Purchaser can cancel the order or change the data as long as the invoice has not been issued. It should be done by the phone call. The order cannot be cancelled after shipping!
The inproperly filled forms will not be considered so please take care while filling them. All the *mandatory fields have to be filled.
Completing the order
Each order placed with the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop should be confirmed by the Purchaser. Our staff will contact You via telephone or e-mail within 48 hours from placing the order to get the confirmation and determine the further details of the transaction. If there is no possibility to complete the order and it is caused by the Purchaser (i. e. wrong telephone number), the order is cancelled within 48 hours. Placing the order involves authorizing the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop to issue the invoice without obtaining the Purchaser's signature.
Once the order gets confirmed, the sale agreement between the Purchaser and the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop is considered made.
Payment Methods
Cash payment while picking up; bank transfer before shipping - the bank account number will be sent via e-mail, the order number should be given as a transfer name. When the money appears on our bank account, the goods and the cash register receipt/invoice get shipped.
Cash register receipts and VAT invoices
A cash register receipt comes with every order. There is no possibility of issuing the duplicate of the receipt.
The purchaser is bound to check whether the cash register receipt is included in the package. To get the VAT invoice, please inform us immediately after purchasing, sending the data via e-mail. If You decide to get an invoice instead of the cash register receipt, please send us the receipt back within 7 days from the purchasing date.
Shipment
The order will be completed if the ordered product is available in the store or at our suppliers'. If it is not, the Customer is informed and the decision is made whether to cancel all the order or to complete it partially. If the product is unavailable and cannot be obtained from the suppliers, the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop can withdraw from the sale agreement within 30 (thirty) days from its making. If the expected time of completing is longer than 30 days, the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop can withdraw from the sale agreement within this time. If the order has already been paid, the money will be transferred back within 14 (fourteen) days from cancelling it.
The FRIPERS.PL Online Shop can refuse to complete the order and cancel it or refuse to make a reservation at any stage if the Customer cannot be contacted within 3 working days from the first try.
The terms and conditions of unusual orders (different from the offer presented in the Shop's website) are set individually each time.
Having signed the delivery receipt, the Purchaser becomes the goods' owner. All the risk involved by owning and using also becomes His/Hers, especially the risk of loss or damage. Placing an order involves the agreement for handling and processing the personal data included in the order form, in accordance with the current legislations.
The Purchaser is bound to check whether the goods have not been damaged in the transport before signing the delivery receipt.
The costs of foreign delivery are determined individually.
Warranty terms
The Purchaser is bound to use the products in accordance with their purposes and the producers' use and maintenance instructions. In case of malfunction no fixing should be attempted at one's own.
The Seller is not responsible for the effects of misuse of a product.
All the goods offered by the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop are new and free from technical and legal errors.
The goods are warranted by the producer, importer or seller in all the Europe. The warranty terms and conditions are determined in the warranty card. The complaints should be directed to authorized services whose addresses can be found in the card.
All the products involve 12 or 24 months seller's responsibility for the nonconformity of goods with the sell agreement, in accordance to the act on specific terms and conditions of consumer sale. The complaints based on the responsibility should be raised written together with the goods.

The cash on delivery parcels will not be accepted. The parcel should contain filled and signed complaint form, otherwise the complaint will not be considered. If the complaint is refused, the goods will be sent back at the Purchaser's cost.

If the complaint is valid, the Purchaser can demand the product to be repaired for free or replaced with the new one unless the repair or replacement are not possible or excessively costy. The Purchaser will get the money back then. The return delivery cost will be refunded to the Purchaser immediately after the complaint is accepted.
The complaints are considered within 14 days from the return delivery. If the product has to be repaired or replaced, the completing time includes sending it to the producer or service, back to the shop and finally back to the Purchaser.
If the complaint is considered invalid, all the costs are paid by the Purchaser.
We claim no responsibility for data stored on the devices (i. e. memory cards) sent to us by complaint.
Return policy
The Purchaser can return the goods without specifying a reason within 10 days from delivery or picking it up. This is because of the legal conditions. Only the written statement for the Seller is required. The returned goods will be accepted if they come in the original undamaged package with all the included accessories and documents. The goods and accessories cannot bear any signs of having been used.

The package should contain the invoice or cash register receipt, written withdrawal from the sell agreement and a bank account number which the money should be returned to. In case of special orders, the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop reserves the right not to accept the goods back if they are conformable with the order.

The withdrawal policy does not apply to the periodics subscription.
The money is transferred back to the specified account within 7 working days from the goods' delivery.
Privacy policy
Placing an order involves the Customer's agreement to enter the personal data to the Freepers database. The data will be processed for the order completing purposes and for the purposes of direct marketing, which is legally accepted. The data is approprietely stored and prevented from the unauthorized access according to the legal requirements. The Customer has the right to review and correct the data, to demand not to use it anymore or to remove it from the database.
Obtaining the data is indispensable to complete the order. The Purchaser claims the responsibility for giving the wrong data.
It is not necessary to be identified, logged in or to give the personal data to browse the shop's website.
Final Provisions
All the pictures are for demonstrative purposes and can slightly differ from the actual product's look. The colors can also differ due to the display settings (contrast, saturation) and the differences cannot validate a complaint.
The content of the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop is not a commercial offer in the meaning of the 543 article of the Civil Codex. All the information concerning the goods are consistent with the data from the producers' catalogues. The FRIPERS.PL Online Shop reserves the right to possible mistakes.
The Shop does not lend the equipment and clothing for testing purposes so it cannot be the reason of the withdrawal from the sale agreement.
In the cases not regulated by the document the appropriete Civil Codex regulations are applied.

These terms&conditions constitute a part of the sale agreement between the Purchaser and the FRIPERS.PL Online Shop. The Shop reserves the right to change them. All the changes take effect starting from the publishing date. The orders placed before the date are processed in accordance with the regulations binding in the day of ordering.
All the controversies concerning the sale agreements will be tried to be settled amicably on the way of negotiations. If it turns out to be impossible, the case will be raised to a proper court.
