A basic kit for a low-budget photo studio. Also suitable for home photography. Useful for product photo, especially for internet purposes.

It takes just a moment to assemble the kit. It also does not need much space to be stored - it can be put into a wadrobe, on a wardrobe, under a bed.

8 28 W fluorescent bulbs applied. That gives the cumulative power equivalent to
2 x 560W traditional tungsten bulbs!

Continuous lighting has many advandages:

• the object is illuminated all the time - the lighting can be precisely operated
• does not need to be synchronized with the camera
• no sync cords everywhere
• constant light temperature
• the lights do not need to recycle
• low input
• low heating

Item includes:

• 2 silver reflecting umbrellas 90 cm
• 2 220cm light stands
• 8 28W 5500 K fluorescent bulbs (eq. 2x560W tungsten!) - great quality!
• 2 AC sockets
• 2 4x AC sockets

The light is provided by the 5500 K fluorescent bulbs, also sold separately.

The light stand has a sectional column. The legs are blocked with a wing screw. On the top there is a universal mount for different kinds of lightning.

The silver umbrella reflects the light enhancing the contrast.

To ensure the color balance and saturation is correct, proper light units should be used. The photographed subjects have their natural, unadulterated colors then. The "Ra" color fidelity indicator maximum value is 100. It indicates the lighting's capability of presenting the subjects' true colors.

In product photo, it is recommended to use lighting with "Ra" 80 or above. The color temperature should be at least 5000°K. As visible in the diagram below, such lighting is the most appropriate. It should also be remembered that camera settings and surrounding colors also have influence on the pictures' tone.
